Hospitality Concept Advising
Provide strategic guidance on restaurant concepts and hospitality offerings that help destinations stay relevant and engaging. From recommending dining experiences to connecting clients with operators, vendors, and future partners, I help bring experiences to fruition utimately creating lasting impressions.
Event Planning & Coordination
Guide events from planning through execution by helping shape the foundation of each experience, including sourcing locations, coordinating vendors, and organizing all logistical components. Collaborate with clients and teams to map out the full structure of an event so every element aligns with the overall vision.
Beyond one-time productions, specialize in the creation and launch of recurring event activations, developing scalable frameworks that ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency across multiple dates or locations. On the day of execution, act as the on-site coordinator, managing communication, flow, and real-time adjustments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Spatial Design Sourcing & Styling
Design and style intimate or open spaces tailored to each client’s vision, whether residential, public, or hospitality environments. I focus on listening closely to understand the desired aesthetic and translate it into a cohesive design direction. From concept development to sourcing and coordinating purchases, I help organize and set up spaces in a way that feels intentional, functional, and unique to each project.
THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS
Every project is structured cleanly from vision through final completion, ensuring professional transparency and fluid collaboration.
An initial alignment session to analyze your specific operational goals, aesthetic intent, and project criteria.
Mapping out timelines, workflows, material sourcing, or vendor networks required to smoothly construct your vision.
Confirming scope, consulting fee, and timelines before executing the agreement and reserving your project schedule.
Overseeing the final activation, spatial layout assembly, or logistics coordination to realize a seamless finish.
Pricing & Payment Terms
**Initial payments are accepted only after the consultation process is complete and the service agreement has been signed. Payments may be submitted via the invoicing system or Zelle. Clients will receive confirmation upon receipt of payment.
All strategic blueprint materials, concepts, recommendations, plans, presentations, and supporting documents remain the sole intellectual property of Emmerica Smith until a signed agreement has been executed and all required payments have been received. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or implementation of any materials provided during the consultation or proposal phase is prohibited without written authorization.
